In my opinion 10-20% decline on Nasdaq is nothing, more like a welcome decline because it is a bit farfetched after recent years.
Smart Money measures annual growth to get annual bonus checks and to make people hold their assets with those Institutions AUM.
For 99% of retail investors, investing personally or via corporate structure, following Smart Money is not always smart. Nasdaq will be grown further in 50 years, so keeping investing (preferably with slower prices) is a good move.

How come Nasdaq tanked? It has just some retrace/decline, nothing has changed.
Perhaps when price has reached 40-50% downtrend, that would be great for new opportunities.
